Dr. Rimpler - INTENSIVE MED N° 391 Clarifying Matrix - Sebum-regulating effect through inhibition of 5α-reductase, as proven in clinical studies. A patented organic ingredient from fermented yeast has a natural and mild exfoliating effect, helps plump up the skin, fight skin irritation and boost collagen production, and has a noticeable anti-aging effect.

Relieves itching, strengthens the skin barrier, and smooths and nourishes the skin, which improves the flow of sebum.

A marine exopolysaccharide ensures improved cell renewal by supporting the breakdown of dead cells and preventing the stratum corneum from becoming too thick and rough.

Application
